The Seventh Dragon is written by Django Mathijsen.
Four ex-circus performers, all four outcasts head from village to village: a donkeycorn (the bastard son of a unicorn and donkey) and three dwarfs. They royally collect rewards from the villagers each time they chase the snake-like dragon that plagues their village. For all the knights who normally do, are left with the fleet to fight in faraway places.. because there had been no dragons spotted for a very long time.
